Details

The H1 heating control is a smart, battery-powered radiator thermostat with integrated temperature sensor for radiator heating systems and is used for efficient room temperature control in private and commercial facilities. The H1 communicates wirelessly using the Zigbee international radio standard. Temperature control is performed manually on the device or via app (e.g. ubisys Smart Home app). The H1 is a stand-alone solution, so it does not necessarily need to be operated with a gateway. Via schedules you have the possibility to automate your temperature control.

For operation via the ubisys Smart Home App, you need the ubisys gateway G1. When using a Zigbee-capable gateway from another manufacturer, a corresponding app must be used. The H1 can be installed quickly and easily by yourself - you do not need an installer. With the Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware upgrade, this component always remains up to date.

Note on Philips hue: The Philips hue Bridge/App currently supports the Zigbee 3.0 standard, but not all device types are displayed in the hue app. Currently only the ubisys components D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can be controlled with the hue app. We do not know when and to what extent the hue app will support further ubisys products.The ubisys Gateway G1 and the components C4, D1(-R), S1(-R) and S2(-R) can however control Philips hue lamps.
